Resizing:
In the event that your jewelry does not fit
properly, you can send it back to us for resizing. There is a small
fee of $4 for this since we will have to restring the entire bracelet in
order to add/remove beads. To determine the correct size, please
read our Sizing page. |

| Restringing/Repair: We use the strongest jewelry wire available to string all our bracelets but after long-term wear accidents can happen and jewelry can break and/or need restringing. If your jewelry has broken and you have lost some beads, we can fix it and replace the beads for a nominal charge. Please e-mail us if this occurs so we can discuss the extent of the damage and what the potential charge would be. |
