Please note that since all orders are custom made after an order is placed, we do take 1-5 business days to complete an order before shipping it out.  If you need your order sooner, you can send us an e-mail and we will try our best to assist you in meeting your needs. 

We offer USPS First Class Mail which takes approximately 3-5 business days, USPS Priority Mail which takes approximately 2-3 business days and USPS Express Mail which takes approximately 1-2 days (depending on your location).  We also ship via USPS Internationl First Class Mail to international locations.  These options are all available upon checkout.

Please include any comments upon checkout if you have a desired date of delivery.

If you order something that we don't have on hand, we will notify you immediately to let you know how long it will be before we can get it.  Usually it takes about one to two weeks for us to get something we are out of.

Since all our items are custom made, we only accept exchanges on our items if there is a problem with sizing or our workmanship.  You must notify us within 10 days of receipt of the merchandise if there is a sizing problem or if there are any defects.
