All orders under $100 ship via USPS First Class Mail. Orders over $100 ship via USPS Priority Mail. If you need an item right away and would prefer priority mail or next day shipping, click on "Shipping Options" above. For customers outside the United States, you can place your order and we will send you an invoice for any difference in international shipping costs. All items are custom made for your child based on their age, therefore, please allow 1-5 business days for us to process your order provided we have the necessary materials on hand. First class shipping averages about 3-6 days depending on your location. Please include any comments upon checkout if you have a desired date of delivery. We will try our best to assist you in meeting your needs. If you order something that we don't have on hand, we will notify you immediately to let you know how long it will be before we can get it. Usually it takes about one to two weeks for us to get something we are out of. |

Since all our items are custom made, we only accept exchanges on our items if there is a problem with sizing or our workmanship. You must notify us within 10 days of receipt of the merchandise if there is a sizing problem or if there are any defects. |
